Chelsea want PSG star Ezequiel Lavezzi
Chelsea have reportedly made an enquiry for Paris Saint-Germain striker Ezequiel Lavezzi transfer to Stamford Bridge, according to The Telegraph.
The Argentine forward has still left two years on his current contract at Parc des Princes. He has been in sensational form netted 12 goals and provided seven assists in 48 appearances during all competitions last season.
The West London Club are looking for striking options and are thought to be interested in bringing over Lavezzi this summer, as the manager Jose Mourinho is highly impressed by the 29-year-old attacker in the recent years, who can play on both wings and attacking position.
However, the French champions want to extend Lavezzi’s deal, which would see him earn €5m per year in Paris but Mourinho is hopeful of being able to acquire the services of the former Napoli man as he is likely to play in more competitive leagues.
It is understood that Mourinho looks to improve his squad for next season, who is also interested in bringing back Thibault Courtois from Atletico Madrid.
