Cristiano Ronaldo keen on a move back to Manchester United
Real Madrid talisman Cristiano Ronaldo is keen on rejoining the Red Devils squad in the coming months, according to Spanish journalist Guillem Balague’s interview with Sports Mole.
The 29-year-old has been heavily linked with a move back to his former club Manchester United, with report has suggested that the Portuguese striker is unhappy at the Bernabeu following the departure of Angel Di Maria and Xabi Alonso this summer.
Football expert Balague told Sports Mole, “I know that he (Ronaldo) wants to come and how much Manchester United want him. But, there is a third party, which is Real Madrid and they have the power over the timing, which is as much as I can say.”
Ronaldo has scored 257 goals in 252 appearances for the reigning European champions since joining the Spanish capital for a world-record £80m fee in 2009 from Manchester United.
