Ridiculous Rumours: Chelsea Lining Up Shock Move For Manchester United legend

The Premier League champions Chelsea are looking to make a SHOCK move for Manchester United forward Wayne Rooney in January transfer window, according to the Daily Express.

It is understood that the Blues are currently undergoing a torrid campaign with seven defeats from 12 games, the west London club seem to already have give up from their Premier League crown.

However there is still a plenty of time for Jose Mourinho’s men to turn things around and maybe hope for a UEFA Champions League victory but to get things done in fortunes, the Blues will most certainly need to strengthen their squad when the transfer window reopens in January.

With couple of names such as Antonio Candreva, Yannick Bolasie and even Real Madrid’s Cristiano Ronaldo have all been linked with a move to Stamford Bridge recently but now in reports from the Daily Express claimed that Chelsea are said to be planning a SHOCK swoop for the 30-year-old England international.

Rooney has not been in his best form this season for the Red Devils but Chelsea boss Mourinho remains a keen admirer of the United skipper and the Portuguese manager will be determine to land Wayne Rooney in January.
