Manchester United hoping to pick up three valuable points at Watford
Manchester United travel to South to face newly promoted Watford in the Premier League on Saturday, after a two-week international break.
United boss Louis van Gaal will be hoping to pick up all three points, and a win away from Old Trafford would be a good boss for the Red Devils.
If we look into the starting line-up, a 4-3-3 should deployed, with full of pace in the front three. The skipper Wayne Rooney will lead the front, with Anthony Martial and Jesse Lingard on the wings of him.
However, a huge blow for the Old Trafford club, as per The Telegraph Michael Carrick is ruled out of Watford game this weekend but could return within a few weeks after positive initial examinations at Carrington.
Manchester United still have the likes of Bastian Schweinsteiger and Morgan Schneiderlin in the first-team squad but Carrick still remains an experienced midfielder.
So it would be a real blow to the Red Devils to have him out for a long period who is also expected to miss the PSV Eindhoven game to be played on 25th Nov at Champions League Group stage.
Having won two of their last three games, Watford are a massive threat for the 20-time English champions on Saturday when van Gaal’s side travel to Vicarage Road.
In addition, the Nigerian forward Odion Ighalo seems to be in sensational form this season so far and has been troubling defences.
