Arsene Wenger expects busy January
Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger is expecting a busy schedule during the January transfer window.
The Gunners are already been linked with a number of potential targets this January, including two strikers Troy Deeney of Watford and Pierre-Emerick Aubayameng from Borussia Dortmund.
The Metro claims the north Londoners hope to announce the signing of Mohamed Elneny from FC Basel after having delayed by a work permit issue.

However the Gunners boss didn’t comment on the transfer reports in the coming days, but he explained why he is predicting plenty of January transfer window activity.
“I would say for the media you could have some good news – this January transfer window as I believe many clubs will be active,” Wenger said.
“You go from the clubs down in the table to the top. My prediction is that it could be one of the most active January windows you have seen.”
The Premier League leaders are two points ahead of second-placed Leicester City in the Premier League table.
