Reports: Arsenal keen on Mario Mandzukic for the second time
Arsenal will reportedly planning a move for Atletico Madrid forward Mario Mandzukic for the second time when the transfer window re-opens this summer.
The north Londoners were heavily linked with a move for the Croatian striker during his time at Bayern Munich, but the 28-year-old opted for a move to La Liga.
However, the reports has suggested that Mandzukic, who has scored 20 goals in his first season will be leaving Vicente Calderon Stadium at the end of the season.
It is believed that the Gunners are desperate to bring Mandzukic at the Emirates, with manager Arsene Wenger is said to be a huge fan of Mandzukic and keen to partner him with Chilean ace Alexis Sanchez.
Mandzukic has established himself as a hottest property at the European football. He helped the Bavarians in winning the UEFA Champions League title during his time at the Allianz Arena.
