Chelsea enters as favourites to win at Etihad
Manchester City and Chelsea go head-to-head this weekend in a Premier League action to gain an early title advantage.
Antonio Conte’s side travel to Etihad on Saturday, hoping for an eighth successive league win. Since their 3-0 defeat at Arsenal in September, the west Londoners have won all seven matches this term, with 19 goals and conceding just once.
The Blues are in very good form this season, leading the table with the best run of form in the league. Whereas, City are currently occupied the third place at the league table, only one point less than their opponents Chelsea.
Manchester City have won two of their last three games against Chelsea in all competitions. However, statistically considering all the facts, the west London outfit enters as favourites to win.
On the other side, third-place City is not the team to be underestimated and we can expect lots nail-biting experience and thrills in front of both goals. They kept just two clean sheets in their last 16 fixtures and it will be a real football battle for the points.
Possible starting lineups
Man City: Bravo; Kolarov, Otamendi, Stones, Fernandinho, Sagna; Fernando, Silva, De Bruyne, Nolito, Aguero
Chelsea: Courtois; Azpilicueta, Luiz, Cahill; Moses, Matic, Kante, Alonso; Pedro, Costa, Hazard
