Chelsea midfielder Eden Hazard rules out PSG move
Chelsea playmaker Eden Hazard has ruled out a move to join Paris Saint-Germain, despite having interest from the French champions, according to Daily Mail.
Hazard has been heavily linked with a move to join the Ligue 1 champions in summers, but the 23-year-old insists that he has no intention of leaving the Stamford Bridge.
“When I left Lille, I wanted to leave France, so I couldn’t have signed for PSG,” the Belgium international told Canal+.
“Every year I’m the priority of PSG. But I’m Chelsea and this is where I want to grow. This is the most important.
“Never say never, but if I came back to Ligue 1, it would be with Lille, the team I support and I still love.”
The report has also suggested that the Blues are set to offer him a new five-year contract for his fine form last season.
Hazard has scored 31 goals in 114 appearances for the Blues since his move to the west London club from Lille for £32million in 2012.
