Man United ready to sell Juan Mata in January

Manchester United manager Louis van Gaal is reportedly ready to sell Spaniard Juan Mata for £20m in order lure some new faces at Old Trafford this January, reports the Daily Mail.

Van Gaal has already captured the services of top class players, after spending over £150 million on new signings over the summer transfer window.

The report claims – a further £50m will be available for the Dutchman to continue rebuilding his squad at Manchester United, with Juventus’s Arturo Vidal, Dortmund’s Mats Hummels and Real Madrid’s Sami Khedira are among his top January targets.

Atletico Madrid, Roma and Juventus are all having been linked with the 26 year old and Man United are ready to accept as little as £20m for the Spanish midfielder, who only joined the club last january from Chelsea for £37.1 million fee and he is yet to deliver his best performance at Old Trafford.
