Paul Lambert Targeting Belgian Star

Aston Villa are reportedly planning a summer move to sign midfielder Vadis Odjidja-Ofoe from Club Brugge, according to The Metro.

The 24-year-old midfielder has been in excellent form this season in Belgian Pro League, and the Villans boss Paul Lambert is keen to bring the Belgian international at Villa Park at the end of the season.

Following with his great performance at domestic league, Odjidja-Ofoe is seen as the ideal man for the Villans midfield department in the English Premier League.

Villa are quite confident that they can bring a highly-rated midfielder into their squad in £5m offer this summer.

The youngster joined Club Brugge in 2009 from Bundesliga club Hamburger SV, since then he is capable of playing either wing or in a central role and has scored 21 goals in 165 appearances for his club so far.

Odjidja-Ofoe has a bright career and could represent his country at the 2014 World Cup Brazil.
