Report: Atletico keen on Chelsea forward?

The Spanish club Atletico Madrid are reportedly interested in to bring Chelsea winger Pedro back to his homeland Spain in the January transfer window next month.

The Blues fought off interest from their arch rivals Manchester United to secure Pedro’s signature from Barcelona in the summer, but the 28-year-old attacker has only managed to score twice in 17 games for the west Londoners this term.

According to Don Balon – It has been reported that the Spaniard wants a quick return to his native place, with Atletico Madrid are the favourites to lure him this winter.

Atletico are currently find themselves joint-top of La Liga alongside the reigning champions Barcelona.

Pedro is believed to be unsettled at Stamford Bridge, has won five times La Liga title, as well as lifting a trio of Champions League with Barcelona during his 11 successful years at Camp Nou.
