Rumours: Reds keen on Bayern’s Mario Gotze
Liverpool have reportedly identified Mario Gotze as one of their prime summer targets as the German international struggles to make an impression at Allianz Arena, according to The Sun.
The 23-year-old, who scored the winner for Germany in the FIFA 2014 World Cup final and went on to start 28 Bundesliga appearances for the Bavarians in the following season.

However, the midfielder has played just five league outings under Pep Guardiola this campaign and his hard-work to nail down a first-team place are said to have alerted the Merseyside outfit, managed by Gotze’s former Borussia Dortmund coach Jurgen Klopp.
Both Gotze and Klopp are keen to reunite at Anfield for next season.
The Sun reports that, the German champions are considering cashing in on Gotze and the Reds could be ready to acquire his services.
