Jose Mourinho’s side cemented their place in the League Cup final after claiming a 2-1 aggregate victory over the Premier League rivals Liverpool at Stamford Bridge.

With the score at 1-1 during the semi-final first leg at Anfield last week, Branislav Ivanovic’s 94th-minute header secures the Blues to reach the final against either Tottenham or Sheffield United at Wembley.
