Twitter reacts to Chelsea crowned Premier League champions

As expected before, the west Londoners have been crowned the Premier League champions, thanks to Eden Hazard – Chelsea’s most crucial player of this season who helped the Blues in a 1-0 win over Crystal Palace at Stamford Bridge.

The Blues have secured their fourth and first ever Premier League title since 2010 – regarded as the best team in the league this season, won 25 of their matches, drawing 8 and losing just twice.

Jose Mourinho’s side are currently 16 points ahead of second placed Manchester City.
