Victor Valdes delighted to join Manchester United

Manchester United’s new no.2 goalkeeper Victor Valdes has expressed his delight after signing an 18-month contract with the Premier League giants.

The 32-year-old Spaniard has been training with Louis van Gaal’s side since October and has claimed that it is like a dream come true for him.

He posted a message on his Instagram account after joining the Red Devils.

The former Barcelona shot-stopper, who has 20 caps for his country, is ready to compete for the no.1 jersey with the first choice keeper David de Gea at Old Trafford.

Valdes has lifted 21 major honours including six Liga titles and three Champions League crowns during his 12-year career at the Camp Nou.
